Tracy Williams · TAP²

Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 October 2026

In short: TAP² is for adults supporting young athletes. Your membership is for your household, you can cancel any time, our content is for your family's use only, and TAP² is education and coaching, not medical or psychological advice.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of tracywilliams.com and to TAP² (TWWIK Academy Parents Program), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (ABN [ABN]). By using this website, joining the waitlist or becoming a TAP² member, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Speaking engagements, workshops and corporate programs booked with Tracy Williams are covered by a separate booking agreement, which applies instead of these terms for that work.

2. Who can join

You must be 18 or over to create an account or buy a membership. TAP² is designed for parents, guardians, grandparents, coaches and other adults who support young athletes. Children should not use TAP² accounts directly.

3. Your account

  • Your membership is for you and your household. Please do not share your login or our content outside your household.
  • Keep your login details secure and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

4. Memberships and payments

  • Prices, inclusions and billing frequency are shown on the checkout page before you pay. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • If we change the price of an ongoing subscription, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Club, school and partner access

Some members receive TAP² through a club, school or partner organisation. That access lasts for the period agreed with the organisation. When it ends, you can continue by purchasing your own membership.

6. Our content

All videos, guides, workbooks, podcasts and other materials in TAP² and on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use with your family. You may not copy, record, resell, publish or share them without our written permission.

7. The member community

We want the TAP² community to be a safe, supportive place for every family. When you post, please:

  • be respectful and kind to other members, coaches, officials and children;
  • never post photos, full names or identifying details of children other than your own;
  • keep other families' stories private;
  • not advertise, spam or promote other businesses.

We may remove posts or members that do not follow these guidelines. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us permission to display it within TAP².

8. Educational information, not professional advice

TAP² provides general education and coaching for parents based on Tracy Williams' experience in sport and performance. It is not medical, psychological, counselling or other professional advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your child.

If you are worried about your child's physical or mental health, please speak to your GP or a qualified health professional. In an emergency, call 000. For support for young people, Kids Helpline is available 24 hours a day on 1800 55 1800.

9. Live sessions and events

Live Q&A sessions and events may be recorded and shared with members as replays. If you take part, your name, voice or image may appear in the recording. You can join with your camera off and use a first name only if you prefer.

10. Results

Every family and every child is different. We do not guarantee any particular result for your child's performance, selection or wellbeing.

11. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or refunding what you paid for them.

12. Website availability

We aim to keep the website and member area running smoothly, but we cannot promise they will always be available or work without errors. We may update, change or remove content or features from time to time.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. For any questions, email [SUPPORT EMAIL].
