Tracy Williams · TAP²
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
In short: we collect only what we need to send you what you asked for, run TAP² and respond to enquiries. We never sell your information, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time.
1. Who we are
This website, tracywilliams.com, and the TAP² (TWWIK Academy Parents Program) are operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (ABN [ABN]), referred to as "we", "us" or "our". We are based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
We are committed to handling your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need. Depending on how you deal with us, this may include:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and country.
- Waitlist and enquiry details: your child's main sport, the club or school you are connected to, and anything you choose to tell us in a message or form.
- Booking details: if you enquire about Tracy speaking, your organisation, role, event details and budget.
- Purchase details: what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by our payment provider and we never see or store your full card number.
- Member activity: if you join TAP², which lessons you have viewed, your progress, and posts or comments you make in the member community.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser, device and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar tools.
3. Information about children
TAP² is designed for parents, guardians and other adults who support young athletes. Accounts must be created by adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Where a parent or guardian tells us something about their child, such as the sport they play, we use it only to tailor content for that family. Please do not share sensitive details about your child, such as health information, in forms, emails or the member community.
4. How we use your information
- To send you what you asked for, such as the Car Ride Home guide, waitlist updates and weekly tips.
- To provide TAP² membership, manage your account and process payments.
- To respond to enquiries, including speaking and partnership enquiries.
- To let you know about TAP², Tracy's programs and events, where you have agreed to hear from us.
- To understand how our website and program are used so we can improve them.
- To meet our legal obligations.
5. Emails and unsubscribing
When you join the waitlist or sign up for a resource, you agree to receive emails from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send you emails about your account or purchases.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:
- Kajabi, which hosts our website, membership area, forms and emails.
- Payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal, which process payments.
- Analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta, which help us understand website visits and measure our marketing.
- Video and file hosting tools we use to deliver lessons and downloads.
- Professional advisers such as our accountant or lawyer, and authorities where the law requires it.
If your club, school or another organisation provides your TAP² access, we may let that organisation know that you have activated your access. We will not share your progress, messages or community posts with them.
7. Storing information overseas
Some of our providers, including Kajabi, store information on servers in the United States and other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your information to a standard consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how the site is used and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site, such as the member login, may not work properly without them.
9. Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
10. Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we will respond within 30 days.
11. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first at [PRIVACY EMAIL]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
