Refund Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

In short: try TAP² with confidence. If it is not right for your family, tell us within the first [14] days of your first payment for a full refund. You can cancel any time after that to stop future payments.

1. Our guarantee

We want every family to feel TAP² is worth it. If you are not happy within the first [14] days of your first paid membership, email us and we will refund your first payment in full. No hard questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the email address on your account, with "Refund" in the subject line. We will confirm within 2 business days, and refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

3. After the guarantee period

  • Monthly memberships: you can cancel at any time to stop future payments. Payments already made are not refunded, and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
  • Annual memberships: after the guarantee period, annual payments are not refunded, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of your year.
  • Renewal reminders: we will email annual members before their renewal date so there are no surprises.

4. Live sessions, events and 1:1 coaching

For paid live events, workshops or 1:1 sessions with Tracy, you can reschedule or receive a full refund if you let us know at least [48 hours] before the session. Within [48 hours], we will do our best to reschedule but cannot offer a refund. If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Club, school and partner purchases

Purchases made by a club, school or organisation for its members are covered by the agreement with that organisation.

6. Speaking engagements

Cancellations and refunds for speaking engagements, workshops and corporate programs with Tracy are set out in the booking agreement for that engagement.

7. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with our service, you are entitled to a refund or other remedy as provided by law, whether or not the guarantee period has passed.
